These terms apply to Oops Studio Publisher ("Publisher"), an internal tool operated by Oops Studio ("we", "us").
Publisher is not a public product. It is not sold, licensed, offered as a service, or made available to anyone outside Oops Studio. It has no user accounts, no sign-up, and no third-party users. We publish these terms because the social platforms whose APIs we use require an operator to state them.
Publisher takes a video file that our production pipeline has already created and publishes it to a social media account that Oops Studio owns and controls. Each account is connected once, by us, through that platform's official OAuth authorization flow.
Publisher does not act on behalf of any person or organisation other than Oops Studio, and cannot be used to post to an account we do not own.
All content Publisher posts is produced by Oops Studio. We do not publish third-party content, user-submitted content, or material we do not hold the rights to. We are responsible for everything Publisher posts.
We use each platform's official, documented API in the manner it is intended, and we follow that platform's developer terms, content policies and rate limits. We do not use automation to simulate human interaction, scrape data, or work around platform restrictions.
Because every connected account belongs to us, access can be withdrawn at any time from the account's own third-party application settings. Doing so immediately stops Publisher from posting to that account.
Publisher is provided for our own internal use only, as is, with no warranty of any kind. As it has no external users, no service level, support obligation or liability toward third parties arises from its operation.
We may update these terms as the tool changes. The effective date above reflects the current version.
